The PAIRO office is yours-please use it. Member communication with the office is essential. There are lots of resources to draw on so please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you.

The members of the office staff are:

Chief Executive Officer: Dr. Robert Conn, MD, FRCSC

Susan Adair, Laurie Barnett, Maisie Cao, Brenda Hinton, Nicole Howell, Maggie Olah, Sabrina Scioli and Rhonda Trowell.

The staff members work as a team and amongst them there is expertise in all areas of PAIRO functioning. You should contact the office if you need clarification of contractual issues, advice on educational issues, benefits, appeals, resident well-being, questions about the PAIRO Committees or any other issues of resident concern.

PAIRO is your organization: run by and for residents. One of our greatest strengths is the ability of our office team, which is involved in all aspects of PAIRO activity.
